 I automatically got through to the quarter-finals since my 16-round opponent, Salimata Toure was able to make it to the tournament. I registered wins in both the quarter-finals against Rande Napier—4-0, 4-0, and in the semi-finals against Aadya Sachdeva (4-0, 4-1) but unfortunately, I lost in the final match against Naomi Osibajo (4-2, 4-2). Naomi is a fierce competitor with a hard hitting groundstrokes. It was a tough loss for me.
